Who is responsible
Secretos Sagrados is operated by R3G GROUP LLC. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to secretossagrados@gmail.com.
Information we may collect
- Messages you send: your email address and the contents of questions, support requests, review permissions, or other correspondence.
- Order information: the checkout email, selected edition, amount, currency, payment status, Stripe transaction identifiers, and fulfillment status.
- Delivery information: records needed to issue and maintain access to protected ebook and audiobook content.
- Technical information: hosting and security systems may generate logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamps.
Guest purchases and email access
You can buy without a Google account. We store the email entered in Stripe Checkout with the verified order and send a private access link. We store only a hash of each access token; links expire after 24 hours. You can request replacements from My purchases. Recovery requests do not disclose whether an email has an order. Purchase and recovery emails are transactional and do not subscribe you to marketing. Rate limits use hashed identifiers; hosting logs may contain IP addresses.
Your purchase account
When you choose to sign in with Google, Firebase Authentication processes your Google account identity and verified email. Your browser stores the session so you can remain signed in. Purchase access is linked to that account. Signing in does not subscribe you to marketing messages. You can sign out through your library or contact support about your account.
Monthly complimentary studies
Receiving a complimentary study requires Google sign-in and acknowledgment of the program terms. We store your account identifier, selected product, claim month and date, and acknowledgment version to maintain your library access and enforce the monthly limit. These records are retained to support that access. Claiming a gift does not subscribe you to marketing.
Reader discussion
When you submit a reflection, we store the first name from your Google account, comment, publication consent and submission date in Firebase. Google sign-in is required, but no purchase is needed. We store your account identifier with the comment; your email is not published. Comments remain private until reviewed by the site operator. With your publication consent, your Google profile photo is also stored and displayed beside approved comments. Photos load from Google, which may receive your IP address when you view them. Approved names and comments are public; names do not verify identity or purchase.
We retain submissions for moderation and approved comments while they remain published, unless removed after review or a valid removal request. Contact the support address above with the comment name and date to report a concern or request removal. Do not include contact details or private information in a comment.
To limit abuse, the service stores keyed submission fingerprints and daily counters derived from your IP address. Raw IP addresses are not stored in those comment records, although hosting logs may contain them. Counters become eligible for automatic deletion after two days; cleanup is asynchronous. Posting does not subscribe you to email.
Payment information
Stripe processes checkout. Card details are entered into Stripe’s secure payment experience and do not pass through this website’s application server. We may receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, along with identifiers and limited customer details needed to fulfill and support the order. Stripe handles information under its own privacy terms.
How information is used
- To answer messages and customer-service requests.
- To process, verify, deliver, refund, and keep records of purchases.
- To prevent abuse, investigate errors, and protect the site and its customers.
- To satisfy accounting, tax, legal, and payment-network obligations.
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be handled by providers that support the site, including Stripe for payments and Firebase or Google Cloud for hosting, server functions, and order records. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party behavioral advertising.
Cookies and analytics
The sample invitation remembers when you dismiss it so it does not repeatedly interrupt your reading. This preference is stored in your browser, contains no email address, and suppresses the automatic invitation for seven days. The current sample form is a disabled preview and does not collect email addresses. Its privacy information will be updated before signup is activated.
The site does not currently use advertising or audience-analytics cookies. Stripe and other service providers may use necessary security, fraud-prevention, and preference technologies on services they operate. If optional analytics or marketing technology is added later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you by emailing support. We may need to verify the request and may retain information that the law, fraud prevention, tax rules, or an unresolved transaction requires us to keep. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live.
Children
This commercial site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. The policy displayed when an order is placed governs how the information for that order is handled, subject to applicable law.
